• In case of price errors, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• Your order is an offer to buy the products selected. We accept your offer only when we dispatch the product(s) and send a shipping confirmation.
• We may refuse/cancel orders due to limitations on quantities, errors in product/pricing information, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion.
• Bulk/Reseller orders may be limited. We reserve the right to set quantity caps.

• We accept digital payments via leading providers (e.g., UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets) processed securely by our payment gateway partner(s) such as Razorpay.
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
• All refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, festivals or unforeseen events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please refuse delivery if the package appears tampered or damaged and contact us immediately.

• Cancellations may be possible before dispatch. Post-dispatch, you may raise a return request within the window specified on the product page (if returnable).
